Lorenzo Conti founded SRL Italy to give foreign entrepreneurs a clear, English-language route into the Italian market. He studied at Università Bocconi in Milan and began his career in the Milan office of a Big Four firm, where he worked on corporate structuring and tax before specialising in the Italian SRL.
Over sixteen years of practice he has concentrated on one question: how a non-resident founder can open and run an Italian limited liability company without surprises. His work spans the full lifecycle, from choosing between an SRL, SRLS, or SpA, to share capital and the notarial deed, to ongoing IRES, IRAP, and VAT compliance.
Lorenzo leads the firm's practitioners across the Milan, Rome, and Florence offices, and writes and reviews the guides on this site so that every figure traces back to the Codice Civile or the Agenzia delle Entrate. He works in Italian and English.
